Chris Clark represents individuals, privately held corporations, partnerships and other business entities in a variety of matters. Mr. Clark works with numerous family-owned businesses in San Antonio and South Texas and advises them about wealth preservation and transfers, family limited partnerships and succession planning. His clients include ranch owners and operators, and he assists them with ranch acquisitions, sales and operations, including hunting and game management agreements. Mr. Clark's practice involves counseling clients with estate planning to ensure an orderly transfer of business and personal assets.
